Founding Customer Reservation Terms

Your $500 reservation saves your place as a Brachy Breeze Founding Customer and will be applied toward the final purchase price of your carrier.

Brachy Breeze is currently in the engineering and pre-production phase. This reservation is not the purchase of a finished carrier for immediate delivery. Please review the following before completing your reservation:

  • Your reservation goes toward your carrier. The full $500 reservation will be credited toward the final purchase price of your Brachy Breeze carrier.
  • Your reservation secures Founding Customer benefits. These include priority access to the first production run, preferred Founding Customer pricing, and development and production updates as Brachy Breeze moves toward manufacturing.
  • Final payment will be due later. When final payment requests are issued, you will have 30 days to pay the remaining balance. Before a reservation is considered abandoned, Brachy Breeze will make reasonable efforts to send reminders and may offer payment plans, financing options, or courtesy extensions where appropriate. After the payment window and reasonable outreach, a reservation with no payment, approved accommodation, or response may be considered abandoned; the deposit may be forfeited and the position released.
  • Reservations may be transferred. You may transfer your reservation to another person as long as the transfer is formally documented and confirmed by Brachy Breeze.
  • Your reservation number represents your place within the Founding Customer cohort. It does not guarantee an exact manufacturing or shipping order.
  • Reservation funds support the work ahead. Your reservation may be used during development and preparation for production, including prototyping, testing, tooling, manufacturing preparation, operations, and related expenses.
  • Product details and timelines may change. Because Brachy Breeze is still in development, product specifications, manufacturing schedules, estimated delivery dates, and other details may change as the carrier moves toward production.
  • Brachy Breeze remains under development and commercial production is not guaranteed.
  • Estimated MSRP may remain approximately $2,000. This is an estimate and final retail pricing has not been established. 
  • International reservations are welcome. U.S. fulfillment will take place first. International fulfillment will follow as Brachy Breeze is able to meet the regulatory, shipping, and other requirements applicable to each country.
  • If we cannot fulfill an international reservation, you have options. If Brachy Breeze ultimately determines that we cannot fulfill your reservation in your country, you may request the return of your $500 deposit or choose to convert it to Community Support. Applicable local refund requirements will also be honored.
  • Customers may cancel the reservation for a full refund within 14 calendar days. Afterward, it becomes a Committed Reservation and is generally non-refundable for voluntary cancellation, subject to Brachy Breeze policy and applicable law.
