No. The $500 payment is a reservation, not the full purchase price. Founding Customers will receive preferred launch pricing, and final purchase details will be shared before production.
Brachy Breeze is still in development and is moving through testing and manufacturing preparation. We are not promising a delivery date until the production timeline can be confirmed. Founding Customers will receive progress updates along the way.
Product development can change as engineering, testing, and manufacturing requirements are finalized. If the timeline changes, we’ll communicate those updates to Founding Customers rather than leave you wondering where things stand.
This option lets you choose your own contribution amount to help move Brachy Breeze toward production without reserving a carrier.
No. Contributions made through Support the Launch do not reserve a carrier and are not credited toward a future carrier purchase. To reserve a Brachy Breeze, choose the $500 Founding Customer option.
Yes. Campaign participants will receive updates as Brachy Breeze moves through development and toward production, with Founding Customers receiving information relevant to their reservation and eventual purchase.
No. The crowdfunding refund terms apply specifically to Community Support contributions and Founding Customer reservations made during the funding campaign.
Purchases of finished Brachy Breeze products will be governed by separate return, refund, warranty, and customer service policies established for product sales. These policies will be designed to provide reasonable customer protections appropriate to the finished product and will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
